AEVOLO CYCLING TO KEEP 2021 MOMENTUM HIGH AT ARMED FORCES CLASSIC WEEKEND

June 7th,  2021

Just two weeks after saying, "see you soon" at our Colorado training camp held in Manitou Springs, the Aevolo team has arrived at the Armed Forces Classic in Arlington, Virginia for the Crystal City Criterium on Saturday and the Clarendon Cup, now in its 23rd year, on Sunday.

"We're all coming off a pretty good camp," Gage Hecht said. "There was a lot of growth, both
physically and as a team. I'm looking forward to getting to put some of our skills to practice."

The Crystal City Criterium is 90 minutes long and starts at 12:45 p.m. EST. Sunday's
Clarendon Cup is 100 laps of a 1km circuit and begins at 12:05 p.m. Both races at the Armed Forces Cycling Classic will be streamed this weekend LIVE! The broadcast starts Saturday at 9:15 a.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.  cyclingclassic.org/live-stream

"It feels great to be able to get back to the races," Scott McGill said. "This is as much of a "hometown" race as I get, so it will be nice to have friends and family at the race. I have done this race a few times and love the course, and am looking forward to getting back together with the team."
